April 22nd

 Went to a game fair in Tunbridge wells today 22nd April and had a great time with lots to see and do. Had a go at scurrying where the dog has to retreive 2 toys over bales of hay and bring them back in the fastest time Olsen managed to do it in 1.58 got quite distracted playing with the toy the fastest was 16secs. Then we had a go on the bunny chase where the dogs chase a lure through gates with 3 turns. Raced Olsen & Lunar together as they both do lure chasing, Olsen won the race and went into the next round where we raced against 4 other dogs Alsation,Labrador and 2 running dogs was quite nervous as he has never ran with another dog before on the lure. The wife was watching and overheard smarmy comments suggessting that a staffy is not going to do well against the other dogs. I think Olsen must of heard him aswell because he won it !!going into the final with 1 other dog ( border) Olsen was ahead but the border turned alot sharper and nicked it. Well happy with the result and hopefully showed afew people what staffies are really like..

May 5th & 6th

We have had a blinding weekend. Meeting new friends as well as old ones. Saw some real eye catching dogs at the shows we were at. Went to a fun dog show down the road from me Olsen got 1st in best short coated dog then got best in show. Also won the raffle i never win anything let me little girl pick whatever she wanted and she got a small dog teddy. On Sunday went to the Mastini show Olsen placed 2nd in male SBT's which were well happy with. Looking forward to the next one.

20th May

Went to a fun dog day at Port Lympne with the family and met up with Ady & Nigel who brought Pup & Harvey. Had a nice day, there were a few stalls and some rides for the kids. Olsen got 2nd in the non-sporting & 3rd in rescue dog. There was a fella who was judging who presents a kids animal tv programme and he said some very nice things over the tannoy about Olsen when he was placed. We had a chat with a copper who commeneted how well behaved our dogs were. Hope you like the pics..





























Jade really wanted to enter but Lunar & Olsen pull too much and a lady overheard us and let Jade enter with her Shitzu Hobo and she got 4th in junior handler she was very happy

Went to a fun dog show with my daughter & Olsen. Had a real fun day with lot's of classes to enter. Alot of very nice dogs on show and alot of nice owners there aswell. Olsen got 1st in best rescue, 1st cutest couple (with Jade defo not with me ) 2nd best biscuit catcher, then got reserve best in show. The puppy Bulldog got best in show, he was a very cute dog.

Mastini's Bull breed show, Bournemouth 9th September. Unfortunatley niether Lunar or Olsen got placed but had a great day anyway.

 

  

  

 

  

 

 

Paws in the park, 22nd September. What a day!! Met up with our friends Andy , Karen,baby Josh & Troy and had an excellent time. This show is huge with loads to do with your doggy friends. We entered Olsen & Lunar in the photo comp and Olsen got picked as runner up and won us free entry,camping and a go on all the activites. These shows are held at the Hop Farm in paddock wood, they are well worth going to.

30th September, fun dog show @ Margate cricket club. We had a very enjoyable day at this show, alot of nice dogs and nice owners there.
